These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tylerandrewagency.com (the “Site”), operated by Tyler Andrew Insurance Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
10. Messaging terms (calls & texts)
These Messaging Terms apply if you provide your phone number and opt in to receive calls or text (SMS) messages from Tyler Andrew Insurance Agency — for example, by checking the consent box on our Get a Quote form or by giving consent to our office.
Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Tyler Andrew Insurance Agency, including through automated dialing or texting technology, about insurance quotes, your policies, appointments, billing, and related account or service updates. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity and your relationship with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Tyler Andrew Insurance Agency is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery depends on your carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (727) 369-1436 or tylerandrew3@allstate.com. Opting out of marketing or convenience texts does not stop essential policy, billing, or claims communications required to service your coverage.
Privacy of your mobile information
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, text-messaging (SMS) opt-in, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. The version in effect at the time you use the Site applies to that use.
